e-torch Reusables Management is currently in development. It will give festivals a real-time digital system for tracking reusable cup circulation, managing deposit returns, and reporting on sustainability impact — replacing manual tally sheets and end-of-day guesswork.
What will Reusables Management do?
The module is being built to track every cup from issuance to return across your entire event. Planned capabilities include:
- Real-time cup counts per bar, food stall, and return point
- Automated deposit reconciliation — no manual counting at close of day
- Loss reporting by zone — see exactly where cups disappear
- Sustainability impact reports — reuse rates and estimated CO₂ savings
- Offline-ready mobile app — staff can log transactions without connectivity

Why are you building this?
Reusable cup systems are increasingly required at festivals across Europe. Most operations teams still rely on manual counts, radio calls, and spreadsheets — which leads to unreconciled deposits, high loss rates, and no data to improve on. e-torch Reusables is being built to close that gap.
