Is e-torch a cloud-based platform?

Yes. All e-torch products are cloud-based and accessible from any device via browser. There is nothing to install. You only need an internet connection.

What devices and operating systems are supported?

e-torch is device-agnostic. The platform runs in any modern web browser on smartphones, tablets, and desktops — iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. No app installation is required.

Is my event data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices and do not share your operational data with third parties.

Can e-torch integrate with our existing systems?

We offer integrations on request. If you use cashless, ticketing, EPOS, or volunteer management platforms and need them to connect with e-torch, contact us to discuss your setup.

What support is available during an event?

We offer event-day support for active customers. Our team understands that downtime during a live event is not an option. Support terms are included in your contract — get in touch for details.

Can e-torch build a custom solution for our event?
