e-torch Task Management is currently in development. It will give event operations teams a real-time kanban-style board to assign, track, and resolve on-site tasks — replacing radio calls, WhatsApp threads, and sticky notes with a single shared dashboard.

What will Task Management do?

The module is being built specifically for live event environments. Planned capabilities include:

  • Task assignment to individuals or teams, with deadlines and priority levels
  • Real-time status board — queued → in progress → resolved, visible to all team leads
  • Priority flags — urgent, normal, and low, so your team always knows what's critical
  • In-task collaboration — comments and context kept in one place
  • Analytics dashboard — response times, resolution rates, and team workload at a glance
  • Event-scoped boards — each event has its own board with historical data preserved

When will it be available?

We are currently working with a small group of early partners to shape and validate the product. If you'd like to be part of that group, get in touch.

Why are you building this?

At live events, tasks get lost in communication channels that aren't built for operational coordination. The result is missed follow-ups, radio congestion, and team leads who never have a clear picture of what's happening. e-torch Task Management is being built to give every event a structured, real-time view of operational work.
